● When paper board up to preset quantity, Via empty order release pole, and at the same time the front conveyor belt reduce speed, the back conveyor belt speed up will make the pile up fluently.

● The conveyor belt is of total 5 stages. each stage controlled by individual servo motor. Belt speed depend on paper length, order quantity, production speed and make the pile up fluently.

● Multi-type order stacking that easy to produce small order.

● The stacker smoothly lifting and lowing is controlled by servo motor and reducer, won't cause the paper board pile up overturn.

● Direction of sheet piles have two ways: A. operation side conveyor.   

B. drive side conveyor.

● Sheet piles conveyor adopt "advanced gradually" for speeding up.

● Could interface with "Production Control System", let process of production smoothly.
